The Rapid Shredder/Granulator solution is dedicated to recycling large pipes and profiles. Heavy-duty pipes up to 6 meters long and with diameters up to 1400 mm can be loaded irrespective of wall thickness. Energy savings are derived from using a 37 kW motor instead of a 160-200 k W motor used in multipurpose granulators. And a combination of low rotor speed and soundproofing minimizes operating noise. The machine footprint is just 8x4 m.

Automatic feeding control enables granulation to run continuously at maximum capacity to give 6-8 mm regrind size.
