Rapid Granulator Achieves Full Sales Coverage Across the U.S.

Rapid Granulator Inc. has reached an important milestone in its continued growth in North America, completing the expansion of its sales network to provide local representation across all plastics manufacturing markets in the continental United States.

The expanded network combines several longstanding Rapid sales partners with new and expanded relationships, giving plastics processors throughout the country local access to Rapid’s granulation technology, application expertise and customer support.

The latest expansion includes three notable additions to Rapid’s national coverage:

  • IE Plastics, expanding Rapid’s representation across portions of the central and interior western United States.
  • Northwest Marketing Solutions, providing dedicated representation throughout the Pacific Northwest.
  • Koster Machinery, which has expanded its existing Rapid representation to include Michigan, further strengthening coverage in one of the country’s largest plastics manufacturing regions.

These additions build on Rapid’s established network of experienced plastics-industry representatives, including Inject LLC, Arizona Plastics Machinery, Barry Plastic Sales, DPS Plastics, Keystone Plastics Equipment, Polymer System Solutions, PNA Plastics, QMC Plastic Machinery, Integrated Plastics Machinery, Millholland Conrad and Injection Depot in Canada.

Local Relationships. National Reach.

For Rapid, the expansion is about more than geographic coverage. It is about making sure customers have access to people who understand their businesses and the markets in which they operate.

“Our customers want to work with people they know, know their business and trust, and that is one of the biggest strengths of our representative network,” said Jon Smalling, Head of Sales, North America, Rapid Granulator. “We have long-term partners who have built strong relationships with customers over many years, and we are adding new partners in strategic areas where we see opportunities to better serve the market.”

The combination of established relationships and new representation gives Rapid customers a local point of contact while maintaining access to the broader resources of Rapid Granulator.

“Our goal isn't simply to put a name on a map,” Smalling continued. “We want our representatives to be an extension of Rapid, knowledgeable about our equipment, responsive to customers, and focused on finding the right solution for each application.”

Supporting Customers Where They Manufacture

Rapid’s U.S. sales representatives work with injection molders, blow molders, extruders, recyclers and other plastics manufacturers to identify solutions for reclaiming production scrap and improving material recovery.

Local representatives are supported by Rapid Granulator Inc. and Rapid’s global engineering and manufacturing resources, providing customers with access to application support, equipment recommendations, service, spare parts and technical expertise. The national coverage also strengthens Rapid’s ability to support customers operating multiple manufacturing locations across different regions of the country.

Continued Commitment to the North American Market

The expansion represents another step in Rapid’s continued investment in North America. Rapid recently hired its first West Coast Regional Sales Manager, Tim Bruder, providing customers on the West Coast with a local expert to support their size-reduction and recycling needs.

Rapid has built its reputation around innovative granulation technology designed to help plastics manufacturers improve efficiency, recover valuable material, reduce waste and maintain safe and reliable operations.

“With our U.S. coverage now complete, we are in a much stronger position to support customers wherever they manufacture,” said Smalling. “We are grateful for the long-standing relationships that have helped build the Rapid brand in the United States, and we are excited about the new partners joining that network. This gives us a strong foundation for the next stage of Rapid's growth in North America.”

With complete U.S. sales coverage, customers across the country now have access to a local Rapid representative backed by the resources and expertise of a global granulator manufacturer.
